Nicolescu & Partners is a Romanian law firm founded in 2018 by Andrada Nicolescu.
With more than a decade of experience in the legal field, Andrada is currently handling complex cases related to the energy sector for some of the biggest players on the market, being involved not only in the development and operation of energy projects, but also in complex litigation cases with transsectorial relevance which require a deep understanding of a broader spectrum of legal matters.
Being a Cofounder and Legal Director of the Association for Clean Energy and Fight against Climate Change (AECCSC), Andrada has developed multiple projects in order to support the climate neutrality goal in light of the Paris Agreement and the subsequent European legislation, promoting the use of renewable energy and the implementation of energy efficiency solutions.
Andrada developed her career as a litigation lawyer in one of the top tier law firms in Romania, having handled hundreds of files before all the national courts in Romania. She is a double graduate, having graduating the Law Faculty from the Bucharest University. Andrada also holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies.
Being a professional who always seeks for more and deeper knowledge, Andrada has also graduated from the most renowned international schools on matters related to her areas of expertise, respectively:
